Sending video is around ~3mbps and receiving the main video feed is also around ~3mbps.
So sending and receiving camera feeds puts you around ~6mbps on a single machine.
Receiving thumbnail camera feeds is around ~1mbps. Sending a screen share is around ~1mbps
